Now you're all ready to give us a call. We will have a meeting to discuss your lifestyle & future plans. Your photos will give me an idea of the style you are looking for.

We aim to listen to your needs & aspirations and try to achieve the best outcome for you. Whether you have invested time to achieve a floor plan that you are happy with or if you need help from the start, we can work together to produce your construction drawings.

We then prepare some preliminary drawings for your comments before completing the construction drawings.
If necessary we prepare drawings for Town Planning Approvals or Relaxation Applications prior to completing the final drawings. These drawings are suitable for quotes from your builder and for submitting for your Building Application.

All structural information is included on the drawings & we engage engineers where necessary. Likewise supporting documentation like Energy Reports can also be obtained for you.
House Raising
If you need your house raised, or would like to build in under your house, we can help.

We will come to site and do a full measure to produce a set of measured drawings. We talk to you about your plans, and walk through your best options to make your dreams come true but also work with the existing structure.
